2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil (canola or olive)
1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place chopped tomatoes in a bowl. Whisk the oil, lemon juice, and spies together. Pour over the tomatoes and refrigerate until chilled.
Makes 4 servings
