Who of us doesn't find ourselves in difficult conversations lately? We've shared some principles for managing those conversations, and in this session we go a step further. We will walk through examples of how you effectively communicate with someone when it's difficult. What words might you use? What tone of voice? What if it's your loved one? Your boss? Real life examples will be used to practice these skills.
