This tool assesses teen's responses to COVID-19 and social distancing. The information can be used to guide further teen group conversations, and identify resource and programming needs. Youth-serving professionals in 4-H, prevention programs, faith-based groups, and other teen clubs or groups can use the results to check-in and inform programmatic direction.
