This publication describes accidents of employees working around pile and bunker silos. The bulletin invites you to watch a video (link to video in publication) where you can see an actual avalanche of corn silage so you can appreciate how dangerous it is to work around vertical silos. This bulletin is in English. There is another version in Spanish. The project for this bulletin was funded by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) through the Central Appalachian Research and Education Center.
